OVERVIEW
We've done our best to cut
through the legal jargon and explain in simple terms what information we
collect, what we use it for, and the few situations in which we may
share it with others. Please read this privacy policy carefully. It
applies to all interactions you make with our games.
Recently,
all contents provided by VIAKITA are free. Therefore, user should
adhere some policies. The policies will be related to: Information
collected, Information Security, Advertisement, Content.
Information Collected
Information that we collect are “NETWORK STATUS INFORMATION”, “WIFI
STATUS INFORMATION”. “USER LOCATION INFORMATION”, “INTERNAL DATA
STORAGE”. Regarding to these three information, we will use it for
advertisement purposes.
In order to show the advertisement requires internet connection
checking, either via non-Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi. Moreover, we also collect the
information of user location to get the advertisement show in proper
country. Meanwhile for data, we only use it if only we need it. For
example; to take the screenshot in some applications which require
screenshot feature. We also save general data such as highest score,
last score, audio setting, or other settings in the game or
applications.
Some of our apps may collect user’s data, such as name, email, url,
images, profile of Google Plus API or other API in order to user
maintenance and also send the new updates related to VIAKITA. For those
who use our app will involuntarily agree with this policy. We’ll keep
all information and will not spread into third party.
Information Security
Regarding to the information security, we only use internet web to
screenshot the advertisement image. Therefore, it should be not bother
user data privacy.
Related to user location information, we collect it to adjust the
advertisement so that it appears in correct country. We do not share the
information to anyone, but AdNetwork as our partner. For further
information which is used by AdNetwork is not our responsibility.
We also guarantee that we do not write anything that has no relation
with the application or game. We use the feature to record it
permanently in order to re-read when the application is closed and
opened again.
Advertisements
If our product is free, then user should accept the advertisement show
on our product. We have already chosen the advertisement that
appropriate for kids since they are our target market. However, we are
not able to control all of advertisements because AdNetwork has more
control to select the content of the advertisement.
We are trying so hard to keep the advertisement safe for the kids.
The purpose of the advertisement itself is not to distract the user;
however it is the responsibility for the user who uses the free
application or game.
Content
All the content either it is audio, animation, image, design or other is
protected by law. Users or other people are prohibited to reuse without
VIAKITA permission.
Request Delete Data
We accept requests for deletion of data, if it is proven that you are
the real owner of the data. Deletion of data will be followed by various
consequences such as we will not serve service requests related to
personal data. For example payment complaints, which of course we cannot
process because your data has been permanently deleted from our system.

THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We receive some information
automatically when you use our Apps. This includes data about your
device, software, operating system, the language you've set for your
Device, advertising IDs for advertisement tracking ("Advertising IDs")
and your IP address.
In order to try to improve your
experience with our games, occasionally we can collect information about
how you interact with content and advertisements throughout the
application.
We do not collect personally
identifiable information about you or your children through our apps. In
other words, we do not collect information such as your name, address,
phone number or email address.
Occasionally we collect the
personal information that you voluntarily provide to us (e.g. email
addresses you give us when you submit a request to a support via our web
or email).
Cookies
When you visit our website,
occasionally we may send cookies to your computer that uniquely identify
your browser. We use cookies to improve the quality of our service by
storing user preferences and tracking usage information. Most browsers
allow you to disable cookies or set your browser to alert you when
cookies are being sent to your computer.
Does VIAKITA Collect My Financial Information When I Make In-App Purchases?
When you make in-app purchases
in the our Games, we do not collect or have any access to your name and
billing information. This information is collected and stored by your
platform (Android's Google Play) or your platform's payment processor.
Social media features and tools.
Our Games may include integrated
social media features and tools, such as button "Share". Social media
features and tools are hosted by a third-party, and your interactions
with these integrated social media features and tools are governed by
the privacy policy of the company providing it.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our products respect the privacy of children. We don't collect personal Information from children with our mobile applications.
Our apps for children's do not show Interest-based Advertising.
We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
Our website and mobile applications comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA").
In the event that a user
identifies himself/herself as a child under the age of 13 through a
support request or feedback, we will not collect, store or use and will
delete in a secure manner any personal information of such a user.
We take care of
filtering categories of sensitive and unsuitable ads for children. But
rarely can an advertiser misclassify your ads, and this situation is
beyond our reach.
HOW WE USE AND DISCLOSE THE INFORMATION COLLECTED
We use the information collected
to better understand how you use our Games, customize your experience
(including the content, marketing materials, and advertisements you
see), prevent abuse and improve the application.

service, such as those providing ORANGE VIAKITA certain technical
tools and analytics services that help us understand how people use our
games so we can make its better.

all of our assets, including the information identified in this privacy
policy, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale
of assets in the event of a bankruptcy.
We may disclose aggregate information about how users use our games, always in a manner that doesn't identify you individually.
TRACKING POLICY
Ad companies may use and collect
anonymous data about your interests to customize content and
advertising here and in other sites and applications. Interest and
location data may be linked to your device, but is not linked to your
identity. Our Games may share your Advertising ID with advertising
partners in an anonymous fashion that is not tied to your name or email
address.
You can opt out by discontinuing your use our Games.
HOW LONG DO WE KEEP THE INFORMATION
How long we store the
information we collected will depend on the purpose that we originally
collected it. We will not retain information for longer than is
necessary for our business or for legal requirements.

personal and non-personal information that you provide related to your
